How Not To Start A Webcomic #4

Contributed by MariaAndMichelle of Shounen-Ai Kudasai

Phalanx says:

What's wrong with it?:

  1. Panel 2: Insert images?! Is this a comic or is this not?!
  2. When you have to tell your audience a TV is a TV, you're in trouble.

Saving graces: Art style is nice. Hand-lettering is actually readable! Remember, DON'T start a comic if you're going to forget about it next week.

Terotrous says:

As of this posting, Keenspace has 13429 accounts registered.
4300 have at least 1 comic. Therein lies the problem.

(Actually, very nice line and handwriting. I guess when you're skilled to some point, you can't pretend to draw too bad anymore.)
It's a story of what happens to most of webcomics out there.
The funniest one was a keenspace account called simply "Sex". It featured two guys saying how they need more women in their comic. I'm not sure if whole this thing (starting with registering account "sex") was a really sophisticated joke, or he really planned to introduce female characters in second (never uploaded) comic.
I must add that it's really bad when site has more maintainers and they all post rants and one of them repeats what others said. That thing is also featured on this page ;-)
